All fats and oils including butter, margarine, vegetable oils, bacon fat,
Crisco and mayonnaise!!
90-100% FAT
Roquefort or Bleu cheese, Caesar, Thousand Island and Italian dressing,
olives, Hollandaise sauce, cream cheese, bacon, whipped cream, T-Bone
steak, coconut, nuts
80-90% FAT
Sour cream, avocado, most steaks, hot dogs, cold cuts, peanut butter, most
whole milk cheeses, half and half cream.
